Enviromics is an expertise technology consortium (IOF consortium). Companies can call upon the consortium for partnerships and the use of certain technologies or expertise. Expertise technology consortia are financed by the Industrial Research Fund (IOF). These financial resources are used to support basic research in the economic field and are awarded to the universities by means of a distribution key. The industrial revenues, patents and spin-offs generated by an association have an impact on this distribution key.
